In all honesty, my favourite & most calming daily practice in the whole world is…watching cake decorating videos every night before bed.
Anywhere in the world, I open my little YouTube app & watch some Swiss Meringue Buttercream get spread onto a cake & all my troubles float away. It is the most satisfying thing to watch, I’ve been doing it for 3 years. It sounds fucking weird but try it & you’ll never be the same.
